Why I am the
Authentic Leader.
Most people play the game. I study the rules so I can find an edge.

1. The Engine (Intellect)
Real Estate and Money are just vehicles. Your mind is the engine.
The new investor asks, "How do I buy this property?" The professional asks, "How do I structure this transaction so that I own or control the property but reduce my risk to nothing?"
I taught English for years. Why is this important? Because language—contract language, negotiation language—is the primary tool of those building the lifestyle they desire. If you can’t read or understand the fine print, you will always work for the person who writes it.
2. The Discipline (Freedom)
Freedom isn't free. It's constructed.
People confuse "freedom" with "idleness". True freedom is the discipline to wake up every day and do the necessary things that move a person forward into their vision. Discipline is the capacity to say "No" to anything that does not align with one’s values.
What’s true of hiking the PCT is also true of business; nobody else cares if you make it. You either do it, or you settle for something less. Nobody sets out wanting to settle for less.
3. The Stewardship (Leadership)
We don't focus our efforts for toys. We focus our efforts for generations.
God trusts us with resources. Our job is not to hoard them, but to multiply them for the Kingdom and for our families. This is why I teach.
If you are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, I don’t have one. If you are looking for the tools by which you can build the life you desire, I can help.

"A true leader does not hoard. The more he helps others, the more he benefits himself."
